Come and learn with us! Learn the proper start position / lift off / pull under / and receiving positions of the snatch and clean and jerk. These movements are highly complex and require lots of attention, focus, and detailed movement. Learn the correct positions and accessory drills you can practice and utilize every day to help you get better at the Olympic lifts!
